Features

The Jabra JX10 offers an unprecedented 6 hours of talk time in addition to 200 hours of standby time. For easy desktop charging, included in the box is an elegant and simple desktop charging cradle, and a stylish velvet case to keep your headset protected. Something that isn't very noticeable is the inclusion of DSP technology to allow you to hear your phone call in outstanding quality. The JX10 also includes automatic volume control, so when answering a phone call, the other end isn't yelling in your ear, which I found quite handy. One thing I didn't like was the extremely small, I mean, really small, pairing button. I needed a magnifying glass to see it.

Comfort

How comfortable is this headset exactly? Compared to the Motorola HS850 I used before, this headset is like a feather, after walking around with it for 2 or 3 hours, I didn't realize I was still wearing the headset, unlike some headsets; it doesn't hurt your ear. The detachable ear hook allows you to switch between left- and right- ear usage.

Sound Quality

As I mentioned above, DSP technology is included in this headset, and I have to say, it sounds great, although there isn't a switch or button to turn it off, I found that it does not distort or make phone calls sound ‘tinny'. Nonetheless, it makes them sound excellent no matter what kind of environment you are in, so there is no need for such a thing. Range of the JX10 did not distort the call, but rather disconnected the headset from the phone; interference was not encountered when testing this headset as well.

Battery Life

After using this headset for a whole day while connected to my Motorola RAZR V3 mobile phone, I did not find the need to charge the headset, and it lasted through another day with no flaws. The battery life is excellent and is something that you won't have to worry about.
