A way to get Vista, that’s easier for consumers.
Microsoft announced last Wednesday that it would offer a new way of purchasing Windows Vista and upgrading to the new operating system on their computers starting January 30, coinciding with the retail Vista launch. It allows customers to upgrade their existing version of Windows Vista to a higher edition with more features through an online transaction.
Users will also be able to obtain detailed information, feature-by-feature on the different editions of the new operating system, the first from Microsoft in 5 years.
Windows Vista will be available through it’s new Windows Anytime Upgrade service and in retail channels starting on January 30.
