T-Mobile’s new Wing WM6 smartphone

T-Mobile introduced their new Windows Mobile 6-based smartphone today, the only WM6 phone to hit the US but more devices should be on their way. The new T-Mobile Wing includes the standard Bluetooth and WiFi capability on most Windows Mobile smartphones (except the Treo) and a 2 megapixel camera. Keeping up to date with T-Mobile services, the Wing is a myFaves device and has a microSD slot for expansion. Did we mention it has a super sleek QWERTY keyboard?
Straight from the press release:
“In today’s hectic and fast-paced world, staying connected to those who matter most is not easy,” said Leslie Grandy, vice president, Product Development, T-Mobile USA. “With the T-Mobile Wing, customers have the freedom to choose how to communicate, whether it’s calling their loved ones, e-mailing with friends, or sharing presentations with a client from one of more than 8,000 T-Mobile HotSpot locations.”
The T-Mobile Wing is available immediately for $299.99 with a 2-year contract. Expect a review from Connect within the next few weeks along with a hands-on article showcasing the devices features.
