First Look: B&W Zeppelin iPod Speaker System

I just had my first chance at testing out the Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin Speaker System for iPod. At $600, this is probably the best iPod speaker system you could buy today. I’ll delve into the sound quality in my full review later this month, but playing KT Tunstall’s latest album Drastic Fantastic on the Zeppelin makes her sound like she’s sitting right here in my office.
If you’re not familiar with Bowers & Wilkins, they’re the same people who make the famous 800 Series reference speakers used at Abbey Road and other leading recording studios.
Again, a full review of the Zeppelin is coming later this month.
