Incase Nylon Sleeve Plus for MacBook Review

Incase was probably one of the first Mac accessory makers to come to the market, with all sorts of cases to protect your iPod and Mac notebook. Here’s one of their latest products, the Nylon Sleeve Plus.
The Nylon Sleeve Plus is available in black, grey, green, or tan (MBP only) for both the MacBook and MacBook Pro from Apple (though most 12″ to 15″ widescreen notebooks should fit just fine). The outside is made out of custom-made lightweight, weather-resistant nylon while the inside is a plush faux-fur that is very soft and won’t scuff up your new MacBook. There are also plenty of pockets on the Nylon Sleeve Plus: two exterior expandable pockets and two mesh pockets on the inside.
Like most notebook bags, the Nylon Sleeve Plus has a removable padded shoulder strap and nylon handles for toting your gear around. The ultra-sleek design is a smart step away from the corporate Targus bags from 1996, but it wouldn’t offer that much protection if it was dropped accidentally.
We felt the Nylon Sleeve Plus offered more than enough storage for our notebook, compact mouse, power brick, and a few other extras. It’s perfect for students and budget home office workers who travel frequently to coffee houses and libraries. The Nylon Sleeve Plus is available now from the Incase website for $59.95.
