Casio Introduces New Exilim Digital Cameras

The Exilim line goes as far back as creating the first "fashion" cameras that were thinner than any model before it, and Casio today has introduced four new models with 10x optical zoom in a compact enclosure and the ability to shoot HD video. The new EX-FH100 has a high-speed burst mode for getting those easy-to-miss shots up close, and the Exilim EX-H15, EX-Z2000, and EX-Z550 include a new feature called Dynamic Photo, which allows you to combine different moving images directly on the camera. Think of it like a green-screen in your pocket, though we can't vouch for the quality just yet. The high-speed EX-FH100 features a 10.1 megapixel sensor and can record high-speed movies up to 1000 frames per second, capturing motion that the human eye can't even see, while the EX-H15, EX-Z2000 and EX-Z550 have 14.1 megapixel sensors.
No word on pricing or availability yet, but we'll keep on the look out for any new details. We've included all the press shots below in a gallery.
