Apple has begun preparations for its Wednesday, January 27th "Come see our latest creation" media event at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco. Colorful banners that mirror last week's media invitation now line the windows of the venue. The highly rumored tablet device is set to be unveiled by Steve Jobs, saying "this will be the most important thing I've ever done," according to TechCrunch. Apple has previously hosted media events at this venue, including its latest event in September 2009 where the latest iPod lineup was unveiled. We'll have more information for you as it happens.
